Caroline is the founder of Compass Consulting and leads all strategic engagements. With over 15 years of strategic HR leadership in global industrial environments, she brings deep expertise in organizational transformation, talent strategy, and executive advisory. Her career spans senior leadership roles at Dow and Clariant, where she operated across 50+ countries, led complex cross-functional transformations, and built high-performance HR functions from the ground up.
